HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payments can be made easily and safely through Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Electron Maestro and Paypal.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
We try to process your order ASAP and get it despatched as quickly as we can, so therefore we can not amend any orders once they have been placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed it can not be cancelled. We start processing your order as soon as we receive it to get it to you ASAP!
RECEIVED AN FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and item that is faulty so we can get the problem resolved ASAP. You must contact us within 48 hours letting us know the item you have received is faulty so we can take appropriate action. Faulty goods should be returned to us within 5 days.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEM?
Once we have received your returned item we will drop you an email to let you know and process your refund or query ASAP.
DO I HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE?
All customers are liable to pay return postage costs on unwanted items using a trackable service. You must keep the certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS RETURNED TO BEEAUTYBOX?
If your parcel has returned to us due to an invalid/incomplete address or you have not collected your parcel from your local delivery office you will incur the charge of the original postage and the redeliver postage. We will email you to let you know we have received your parcel back and to rearrange a redelivery.
PARCEL LOST? WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Royal Mail estimate 1-3 working days for delivery, in some cases they have delivered out of this time frame so please be patient your deliver will be with you ASAP. In the unlikely event if your parcel is not with you in 15 working days from the date the parcel was sent out we will log a complaint/case with the courier this can take up to 2 weeks. If the parcel has been delivered in the meantime, you will not be refunded for the goods. If your parcel is declared lost we will sent you out a replacement (stock willing) or you will be refunded for the item.
CAN I RETURN A MARKED ITEM?
All clothing/footwear must be returned in a resalable condition. Any returned items found with make up marks/other marks or have a smelly odour will not be accepted.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
When we receive your returned item, we will drop you an email to inform you that we have received your return. The garment/footwear/jewellery will be checked thoroughly for any marks or defects made in your care, so please be careful with the item as its your responsibility when its in your care.
You must return unwanted items within 14 days from the date you received the item. We will not accept any returns after this time has passed.
Refunds will be credited back the same way you made the original payment method.
