If you need to return an item it must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you received the parcel. We will not accept any returns after 14 days have passed the delivery will be rejected.
Items returned within the 14 days may take up to 14 days to be refunded back to you.
Please note Make Up Erasers & Beauty Products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to our hygiene policy.
All returns will incur a £1 administration fee. This is a fee that will be deducted from the total amount that you are being refunded.
We hope that you are happy with your Beeauty Box goodies. In the unlikely event you are not we will refund the item you are unhappy with. You must return to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Please return items to us with all labels/tags attached and in its original packaging, place in a sealable bag with the return address stated below.
HOW TO RETURN

Please contact us before returning items at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned to us without notification will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.
Only on an approval from Beeauty Box customer service please re-pack the item with all labels/tags attached in sealed bag.
Please return to the address: BEEAUTY BOX HQ, 1 Gott Close, Bicester, OX27 8FN, United Kingdom.
Customer is liable for return postage cost, you must use a trackable service, please keep hold of the postage certificate as this is your proof of postage. Any missing parcels are the customers responsibility.
When Beeauty Box HQ has received your returned parcel, the item will be checked throughly for any marks or defects made in your care prior to processing a refund.
You will receive an email from us to let you know that we have received the item and will be processing your refund if the item is in a resalable condition.
Refunds may take up to 14 days from the date Beeauty Box HQ receives the parcel.
You will be refunded the same way you made original payment minus the £1 administration fee.
CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
